RSS, Newsletter, Blog, Website…with so many places you can publish your web content to, how do you choose; especially when articles and time to publish them is limited. Besides, why should you publish your content in so many different formats? If you've been doing business online for any amount of time you know that building a list is integral to success. Regular website content brings search engine robots back. So do blogs. Blogs also help build your expert status and RSS is the new way for people to subscribe to your content without giving out their email address – among other things.

Ok, so you know it's all good and they will help build your business, but how can you do several or all without piling more work on your already full to do list? It's really quite simple.

Instead of publishing your newsletter entirely by email, publish it to a content management system or blog that will automatically create an RSS feed each time you update it. Your next step is to put that RSS feed into your mailing list manager*. Create a signup box as you would a regular newsletter and put it on your website or blog in a prominent area together with the RSS feed. It probably won't take more than a few minutes if you already have everything at hand.

From now on, people can choose to subscribe to your newsletter by RSS or email and every time you publish the newsletter to your website or blog, RSS subscribers will see that you have new content and people who opt-in for email will receive an email notice. To top it all off, the content is also archived online permanently and all you did was type and publish one time.

You know the amazing part is, that's not all. You can syndicate your newsletter for more exposure. Contact a few webmasters and ask them if they'd like free, automatically updating content on their websites. Create the codes for them so it's super easy for them to add you. When they do, the next time you publish your newsletter, their website gets updated immediately. If anyone wants to read more of your content, they would be brought to your site.

RSS is truly an exciting technology. Not only does it open many doors for you to share your content, it can also help you work smarter by cutting down your work as you read above. There's no reason why you shouldn't have an RSS feed today and if you already have one, it's time you should milk your RSS feed for all it's worth.

*Note: Not all mailing list managers can take your RSS feed and convert it into email updates.

Article Body:
Why is Decision Making Important?

This is the first in a series of short articles on decision making, as it may affect the progress, or otherwise, of your home based online business. The main purpose of the articles is to get you thinking, more than you might have done, about decisions that affect your business. It is not possible in short articles to cover what is really an endless subject, but I hope by the end of the series you will be more conscious of the decisions you make which may affect:

1.The profitability of your online business.

2.The scope for expansion.

3.Your efficiency.

4.The productive use of your time.

5.Your family.

6.Your enjoyment of working online.

plus many other aspects of working at home online, in your own business.

Why is decision making important? You only need to consider that for a moment to realize: that it is a dumb question. From the moment you wake, you are passing through a series of tens of thousands of little decisions. You are not very aware of most of them, they are routine, semi or sub-conscious decisions. Any one of those "little" decisions could have a major influence on the future path of your life.

For example, you are in a hurry and decide to cross the road at a certain point. A car comes hurtling around the corner, and knocks you into the air. Thankfully you are still alive after you land, but are taken to hospital and are there for a couple of weeks, at one point in Intensive Care. You are employed, but your employer is not sympathetic, will not pay you, and for a few days you lie there worrying about losing your job. You have no insurance, so how will you pay the bills?

Was crossing the road at that point, at that time, a bad decision? On the face of it, yes, it was stupid to say the least. But what if, in the two weeks in hospital, you fall in love with a nurse? Later, you marry and have several wonderful children? Was that still a bad decision, crossing the road then and there?

Not only did you meet your future spouse, the person in the next bed turned out to have some good business ideas they wanted to put into practice. You got chatting about them as your condition started to improve. The two of you found you saw eye to eye on lots of things, and it was clear that you would both benefit from the synergy of working together on a business project. The other person had the ideas and money in place, but needed you as a partner to take it forward. When you were both fit and well again, he subsidized you while the business was set up. It prospered, and within months you were earning 4 times your previous income. Was that still a bad decision, crossing the road then and there?

That is fiction, but is it unrealistic fiction? No. There are probably many thousands of very similar stories. And there are countless millions of true stories about seemingly little decisions that have altered the course of people's lives.

What I have been referring to are almost random events. I say "almost" because the decision to cross the road was not random. An adult crossing the road like that had sufficient information to make a correct decision. They did not make use of their knowledge and information. As decision making goes, it was a bad decision, regardless of what random events followed.

Making decisions in your every day business needs to be more focused, more scientific, and much more aware, than you may have been used to in your life as an employee. Most of us have, at some stage, passed through a zombie like existence of repetition, working for a company or other organization. It may even be that you have had little scope to make decisions other than when and where to cross the road, what to eat for dinner, what to watch on tv, and what to wear today. Now, though, with your own online business, there is massive scope for making key decisions, every day. How you do that will have a serious impact on the future of your business.

I believe that just by being more conscious of your decisions, your business will benefit, and so will you. Relying on the business equivalent of crossing the road at the wrong time, meeting the love of your life and your perfect business partner, is not an option if your are serious about your business. You cannot rely on random events, although undoubtedly some random events will affect you in the future. Business is often a percentage game, and you want to make decisions that tilt the odds in your favour.

Decision making in business is about bringing together as much relevant information as possible, in a structured and understandable way, and consciously reviewing that information before arriving at a decision. It is about assessing possible outcomes, probabilities, future trends, past experiences and all other relevant factors. Ignoring those factors may not put you in hospital, but would harm your business.

I will cover elements of business decision making in future articles. In the mean time, if you are in search of a new loved one and business partner, please do not step out in front of a car. Your local hospital may not be the place where they are currently waiting for you.

Article Body:
I suspect that far too many people fall into the trap of thinking that an online business is easier to start and run than an offline business. It is possible that an online business could require less money up front to start but I'm not convinced less work is an option – unless you have that so-called "magic selling" product.

Most people starting out with an online business probably do not fully understand what they are getting involved with. They understand the internet, and that they can pretty much access the world from their PC. So then maybe it is true that if one starts an online business by setting up a website then the whole world will see it and buy from it - Right?

Unfortunately this kind of thinking leads many people into a trap, and they fall victim to many online opportunities which are promoted as "Easy Money". Trust me, if it was easy money they would be making it without you.

Maybe it is easier to understand by comparing an online business startup with an offline business startup.

You don't want to spend much money with startup costs, so you begin a business from your basement or garage. This would be similar to getting your own domain name or website in the online environment. Initially all you have is an online name with very little content.

Next, your offline business needs a product or service to sell. People are not real likely to just stop by and drop off money without getting something in return. An online business needs a product or service to sell also. "Opportunity" itself is not a product. Direct marketing (an offline business) used this same business model – they sold products as well as offering an opportunity for one to make an income generating business.

Ok, so now we're legal and have our business started with a good product or service offered. Does the money flow begin now? Not really, since very few people will know that your business exists. You'll need to do some advertising to make people aware of your business. An online business is very similar. You're going to need to promote your website so that others will know you are out there.

As your offline business begins to grow, you'll find the need to bring on other resources to assist with the additional business. You may also outgrow your space or need space with better accessibility for more people. An online business will also require more resources as it grows. More often the needs of an online business are "digital" or "electronic" versus the "physical" needs of an offline business. However, most of these "electronic" products or services have associated costs.

The point of this comparison is simply that an online business does not simply succeed overnight. Sure, there are always exceptions, but most new businesses take time and effort to succeed. If anyone tells you differently, then be careful! Don't be too quick to pull out the credit card.

An online business can be very rewarding just as an offline business is for many people. Just be realistic as you approach it.

How To Start With Absolutely Nothing And Create Wealth online in 30 Days or Less.

How To Start With Absolutely Nothing And Create Wealth online in 30 Days or Less.

Word Count:
830

Summary:
This article explains how to use the most powerful marketing
technique on the planet - Joint Venture Marketing to quickly and
easily find super affiliates with established businesses willing
to endorse/market your product to their existing customers.  it
can mean bringing your product to market without spending one
single penny of your own money and could lead to exposlive profit
practically overnight!

Keywords:
business, online business, internet marketing, web marketing, small business, online marketing, web advertising, online advertising, internet advertising, marketing strategy, business strategy

Article Body:
Without a doubt, if you asked me, Shane if there was only 1 marketing strategy that you could use on the Internet, what would it be? Without hesitation I would say joint Ventures. Joint Ventures are easily the most lucrative Marketing Strategy ever invented and if you learn to do it right, will likely be the ONLY marketing strategy you will ever need to use.

A Good Internet Joint Venture is your shortcut to success. It can send you more qualified internet traffic rushing to your site in the shortest amount of time than anything I've ever seen! And it can mean bringing your product to market without spending one single penny of your own money!

In it's simplest form, Joint Ventures have to do with 2 businesses (or more) joining forces to leverage off of each others success, assets and/or expertise. There are hundreds of different variations but let me just give you one simple example:

One variation of a simple type of joint venture partnership used most frequently would be where one business provides a product for sale, the sales message and the product delivery while the other business provides the recommendation for that product to their own list of subscribers/prospects and receiving a commission based on the sales generated through that recommendation.

The benefits are great. You can build your subscriber list, leverage off of your partners infrastructure like using their existing servers, software etc where you don't have to pay a dime. If you pick the right JV partner, you can acquire instant credibility and reputation with their customers and lists. Credibility sells. Let me give you an example, if you created a book on "how to acquire real estate", you could certainly make MANY more sales if you JV'd with Donald Trump and put his name on the book as the co-author, building your reputation and increasing your credibility at the same time. Are you starting to see the incredible power of this strategy?

Now I know that some people may think that Joint Ventures are difficult to do,but if they are telling you this, then I wouldn't take anything they tell you at face value because they're either lying to you or don't understand it themselves.

Let me show you how easy it is. Here's typically what I do when rolling out a new product. In this example, let's pretend that I just completed a new ebook on Penny Stock Trading and have setup a web site with an affiliate program. I would go to google, do a search on keywords like "penny stock", "penny stock trading", "stock market strategies" etc..you get the picture. The top sites on the first page are typically your target partners because since they appear on the first page you can bet they have lots of business, traffic, subscribers and customers. I would visit each site to make sure that they are right for my product and then I would first send them a very brief email asking them if they would be interested in marketing my product in exchange for a high commission as an incentive.

Typically in this email you should briefly introduce yourself and your product. Describe your product and the benefits it would offer to their Newsletter subscribers, customers and/or web site visitors. Ask them politely if they wouldn't mind responding to you asap and provide your contact information if they are interested in marketing your product. Also very important, you need to give them access to this product FOR FREE!..so that they can review the product and feel comfortable about endorsing it. These site owners have spent years building their business, lists and cultivating their lists to be very responsive. Any endorsement they do to their huge lists could mean thousands of dollars in your pocket for very little effort.

then, go thru the same process for all the other appropriate sites under that keyword and send JV proposal letters over and over again. Then repeat that process for other relevant keywords until you're finished.

Understandably, this can be a very time consuming task which is why I developed a piece of software that will automate this whole process for me at  I can now get all of this done in a matter of minutes!

Remember if just a few of these super affiliates decides to market your product you're golden. Once they contact you all you need to do is setup their affiliate account and commission. This will ensure that their commission will be calculated properly when they endorse your product to their list. If you send these offers to just 10 sites per day,  Within a week you'll be on your way to making thousands of dollars per month, all for 5 hours worth of work and at NO COST to you. Isn't that easy?

That's all there is to it.

Article Body:
Affiliated.net is the first to provide video technology in the affiliate marketing arena. The Network will distribute targeted sponsored presentation video advertisements across the pages of thousands of its publishers websites based on a wide range of targeting methods. Affiliated's publishers have raved that click-through rates are many times higher than traditional media. "Affiliated.net has broken new ground again and we are benefiting! It's great to see video enter the affiliate marketing industry in a way that publishers can take advantage of it so effectively," says Brian Harris, an Affiliate within the network.

The 1st video affiliate network, , is now finishing up its BETA launch of video advertisements, releasing a powerhouse of effective video advertisements for publishers and advertisers to run – free of charge in most cases. "Each week, we are signing on new advertiser partners at a fast rate, many advertisers know the power of video. The response rates of video are breaking records in every industry, merchants just don't know where to start and how to create effective online videos that promote their product and/or service, not to mention having the reach to deliver these advertisements in a way that is cost effective." .

Affiliated.net is the first network to bring this type of video content to the market for publishers free of charge. The rapid growth of video on the internet has opened so many doors, not to mention the increase of customer loyalty, time on site and conversion rates. Affiliated.net has tapped into the exponential growth of video advertising and has taken many affiliate marketers by storm, offering this and other services not found in many networks. "We look forward to a strong 2007 as we create, develop, enhance and optimize video technology for the thousands of sites and networks online."

Some of the videos incorporate a live salesperson while others are transparent video animations that layover the site in incremental (already blank) space and are very unobtrusive. It seems to be working very well; their approach to online video is different in the sense that instead of focusing on the solution for "video adsense" they are focusing more on targeted, relative video advertisements for Advertisers that generate response through non-embedded video technology. In their BETA testing, both publishers and advertisers confirmed response and conversion rates much higher than any traditional or embedded media, as high as 8x higher. Affiliated.net is to release the full version of its video warehouse in mid to late July 2007.

There is a lot of way you can work from to start to make money online. One way is to setup your own internet home based business . However you need to choose the right niche market to be successful

Are you interested in starting a internet home based business to start to make money online? However, you are not sure if you can make money online with this work from home ideas that can be found everywhere in the internet. To make matters worse, you are even confused about what internet home based business opportunity you should pursue.

If this sounds like you, rest assured that to make money online is a possibility through the setup of your internet home based business. You don't need to study for years until you can reap rewards. There are sound business concepts that have been taught and proven to be true by some of the most highly successful marketers in the world. What is the top sound principle that will ensure your success to work from home to make money online? It is choosing the right niche market.

You might be wondering what is a niche. A niche is simply a group of people with similar interests and needs. They are very passionate about their topic of interest. Think of a small pond packed with starving fish and you have the bait specific to their needs; they will like what you have to offer the best. This, in essence, is a niche.

Why a niche market? Well, unless you are a huge corporation with bottomless pockets, niche marketing is the way to go. You see most of the large corporations blow off niche markets because they are not trying to make an additional $1000 to $15000 per month like many internet home based business entrepreneurs and other small business owners. They are seeking to make millions per month, which is good for you because you don't have to compete with those companies that have massive marketing budgets.

Before you decide which niche market to target for your internet home based business, here are four important points to consider:

1. Is the market easily defined and reachable? Do you know where they hangout? What kind of trade journals or publications do they read? Do they have clubs or are members of particular organizations?

2. Is the market small enough that you will not have tons of competitors, but still large enough for you to make a good profit?

3. Does the market have the money to spend?

4. Does the group have an insane passion for their hobby or topic of interest? Do they eat, sleep, and breathe their hobby? Are they constantly seeking more information related to their subject?

Doing research related to these questions will help you pick the perfect niche market for your internet home based business.

As you think about starting a internet home based business and what market to target, follow the above suggestions and you will be way ahead of many other internet home based business opportunity seekers who want to start a work from home business to make money online.

Having say that, start taking actions. Visit my website to see how you can work from home to setup your own internet home based business to start to make money online.

Top 5 Tips for Successful Article Writing

Top 5 Tips for Successful Article Writing
Word Count:
607
Summary:
Everyone is catching onto the fact that writing articles is a great way to project an image of expertise. But how do you write good articles? Find out by reading this article that teaches you the best techniques to write the best articles!

Keywords:
article writing, article writing tips, author tips, short article tips, writing better, writing well, writing good articles

Article Body:
You may have heard by now that writing articles and submitting them to different locations is a great way to increase the traffic to your web sites and in the end increase your income. But if the articles you write aren't getting people's attention and they are not clicking on your links in the resource box, then you need to do something about it! Here are the top 5 tips that will help you write the most successful articles.
Tip #1: The most important thing you need to do when writing articles is to capture your reader's attention. How else are they going to read to the bottom of your article to click on your link? How can you get people's attention? It has been proven that people related better to stories or people they know. Adding a quote from a well known person near the beginning of your article to make people associate your knowledge with the well known person's knowledge. Or alternatively you could retell a story that you once heard, it can be something that happened to you or a fable that you can make connections to your topic with.
Tip #2: Of course what is a great article without a catchy title?! The reason I still put that you need an article that will capture and keep people's attention is that this will decide how many people enjoy your article. You want to keep a high level of quality for all your articles, since that will bring in the most people to visit your web sites. But of course you will need a title to get people to take a look at your article. You will want to come up with a title that describes what your article topic is, but with something of a mystery to get people to click. People respond well to lists and "top 10's" but they also like questions or implications of success.
Tip #3: Pick a very hot topic. If you're writing about nursing or babies, try to write an article about the latest fad in diapers or something that is related to the current world. Write articles that are seasonal or festive. Webmasters and ezine owners are always looking for an article that relates well to the current time of the year. When it's Christmas time, relate your topic to Christmas and do the same for other holidays and seasons. If you're not sure what else you could use, read the news, some weblogs or talk to your friends to find out the most current events.
Tip #4: Check your grammar and spelling. This might seem obvious, but articles that have bad grammar or spelling are not going to help you much. These articles might even be rejected by certain article submission sites! So take the extra few seconds it takes to press the "Spellcheck button". You'll see it makes a big difference.
Tip #5: Write from the heart or from personal experience. This is one tip that helps you write articles more easily which is then reflected in your articles. If you're interested in the topic you're writing about, you're bound to write better articles. Maybe you found out that a certain keyword is very saught after, but you're just not feeling motivated to write about it. Take a break and write about something that really thrills you, and think of the other topic at the same time. If you keep practicing this technique, soon you'll think positive things about more topics and will be able to write about a wide range of topics without losing out on the personal touch you can add to each of your articles.

Article Body:
One of the most effective and powerful methods to promote your web site is with articles or what some call "Article Marketing".
What articles have to do with promoting your site you might ask, well, a lot!
First, the Internet is providing a major thing to the web surfers and that is information or in other words content, you probably heard people say often that in the Internet marketing arena "content is king".
Every web site owner need some content for his site, this content might be text, articles, audio info , video clips,  Images, news feeds, graphs & charts etc'.
Google could be illustrated as a teacher standing in front of a class and asking a question (a surfer is making a search in Google), in front of our teacher seating millions of students all crying out load: " I know the answer pick me! " (the web sites trying to be first in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages).
How our teacher is supposed to decide who of all those millions of sites might have a cleaver, concise or the right answer? Google needs some criterions to determine the quality of these web sites.
Google is using Page-Rank ( PR ) to determine the quality level of web sites.
It is known that one of the major factors they weight most heavily is the amount of other web sites pointing or linking to your site or "voting " on your site.
Ok, so now you understand you need many other web sites to point and link to your site in order for your site to receive as higher PR as possible.

How to get one way -links to your web site

How would you cause or convince other site owners to place a link to your Site?
Actually there are many ways to do just that, Reciprocal linking directories, these directory sites serve as intermediates between web sites owners.
Sending emails to other sites webmasters, buying links from high PR sites, leaving comments at blogs with your signature, providing testimonials about products, books and services and at the end leave your back link to your site etc'.
How to get links to your sites is an article subject deserves its own article and is beyond the scope of this article, here we focus on Article Marketing.
What is wrong about reciprocal linking? Noting is wrong with it, the thing is the search engines are counting all the incoming links and comparing them to the number of the outbound links, the more links you have that are linking to you the higher The PR would be. Google is looking for natural linking if they see many reciprocal links they understand it's an arrangement linking and not natural linking.
As you might imagine reciprocal linking is time consuming and I personally don't have the time to peruse it.
The best method to get one-way links to your web site is by article marketing.
In every article you write at the end you should add something called resource box, in it you write your name few words about yourself and a back-link to your site! Yes this is the most important part in your article
.
What is Anchor text and how to create it

The back-link should be in the form of anchor text link, this is a text that describes your main theme of your site, underneath it "hides" the hyper link to your site.
Let's say your site is about Credit Cards, then it is recommended you back link to your site by using the text: Credit Cards and not merely by using the straight forward URL address of your site.
It's most important because this way the search engines associate your site with the theme of your site, that is because if many sites are linking to you using the anchor text: "Credit Cards" then the SE will determine not only that your site is important but that your site is important site in the field of Credit Cards!
It's recommended to create few anchor texts keywords so you will gain credibility in more than a single keyword.
Creating an anchor text is very simple thing to do, all you have to do is:
 - Copy the URL address of your site and paste it in MS word document. If it's live
link it would be in blue color text.
-  Mark it and right click on it with your mouse.
-  A menu will pop up, one of the options there will be" Edit hyper link".
-  Click on it and you will see two small windows the upper one will say visible
text to be seen, that is the anchor text you want.
-  Type there your site's main theme text (Credit Cards).
-  Underneath it you will see a windows that will say actual link, there your
site's URL address will appear, click ok at the bottom and you are done.
-  Copy and paste the anchor text link to your Article resource box.

Distributing your article

I usually build my web site with one article of about 1,200 words, divided into three sections of about 400 words each. Why 400 words? because with 400 words you can cover in-depth subject. I will explain why I divide it into three sub articles later on.
After you have written an article and arranged the resource box, now you are ready to submit your article to article directories, there are many article directory sites and few with high PR article directories sites.
In each of these sites you will find Thousands of articles in hundreds of categories and sub categories.
Why all these authors submit their articles for free to the Article Directories sites?
you guessed it, they all need back-links to their sites.
On the other side of this coin there are the web site builders that have no time or talent or both and they need badly content to their sites, what do they do, yes, you guessed it right once again, they come to the article directories sites and pick a good article/s to put onto their sites for free, all this, as long as they keep the author's resource box with a live hyper link to the author's site.
Once your article is put into many article directories it starts to develop a life of its own. Web site owners paste it on their site pages, Ezine publishers might grab it to their electronic magazine, online as well as offline publishers and editors who are always on the look out for good content and interesting info might use your article for their needs. Bloggers can put it on their blogs and by that enables your article to be syndicated via RSS feeds all across the web.
The wide spread distribution of your article can bring some traffic to your site on its own merits and might even serve at time as alternative to SE traffic.
All this creates a snow ball effect that can build your site's PR and establish you as an expert in your field.
This whole process takes some time and it's gradual and that's the beauty of it, SE perceives it as natural growth and rewards you accordingly.
This process is intensified as time passes by and new sites continue their marketing efforts and gaining higher PR and by that  strengthening your site because now higher PR sites are pointing at it.
Important point I would like to make here though,  SE notice in few months time that the content that is pointing at your site is a duplicate content and this fact weakens the effect but as long as you keep producing new high quality articles and repeat the process your site will rise in PR and continue to raise in the ladder to the top SERPs of the Search Engines.
In addition it is recommended to make few headers to your article in order to improve the chance to be published in various medias and to lesser the duplicate content effect.
This is why I mentioned earlier that it's wise to build your article in a structured way of three parts, each of about 400 words, in some cases each part can cover different aspects of the subject at hand and be divided into three different Articles.
The best tactic is to make it in phases, send an article to the article directories every three or four weeks, don't send it to all directories at once and not all your articles at once, keep your ammunition for the months ahead.

How to distribute your articles automatically

Article distribution is time consuming as well. There are two solutions to it, there are some software products that you pre-set and upload your articles and the software will automatically distribute them to your article directories of choice.
The second solution that in my mind is the preferable one is a web service that will distribute automatically your articles to not only the article directories but  to thousands of publishers and editors as well as writing groups on the net and by that give you a better coverage and in addition it's much quicker.
I usually start with up to six of the leading Article directories and then go to the automatic distribution service on the net which is free for a certain amount of distribution level. You can reach it through my web site.
Article marketing is the most power full method I know to make Search Engine notice your site and spider it, then increase the amount of back links to your site automatically and naturally and makes the SE index all your pages and provide you high PR and good placements at the SREPs.
Use this knowledge wisely and prosper.

These are thoughts to consider when reviewing your software options. Chiropractic software comparison is a necessary evil when finding your perfect software match.

Weeding through the various types of programs available can be exhausting. Some programs offer insurance billing specifically, while others focus on only patient records. Prepare to spend several hours in reviewing your options and be sure to speak with your office staff about their needs. Since the staff will be the ones using the programs, it is absolutely imperative that their input is considered. The Internet is a good search tool when looking for chiropractic software comparisons.

One of the most utilized programs today is Eclipse® Practice Management Software. This company has been providing office solutions for over 20 years and has one of the most comprehensive office management software packages in the industry. According to their website, "ECLIPSE includes billing, scheduling, EHR (electronic health record), daily notes, an extensive alerts system, certified HIPAA compliant electronic claims & remittance, security features that include patient data access tracking to help you run a HIPAA compliant facility, and myriad reports fine-tuned by two decades of client feedback". Eclipse also boasts of the software's abilities to streamline your office records and create a virtually paperless office.

Another popular chiropractic software program is Lytec®. Founded in 1989, this company is well-known as a leader in helping chiropractic offices streamline their records and superior customer support. Lytec specializes in the efficiency of patient billing, insurance filing and appointment setting. Included in their software package is a patented program called Code Import which loads CPT-4, ICD-9 and HCPCS directly into the Lytec software to greatly reduce coding errors. Another interesting feature of the Lytec software program is the Fee Schedule Import feature. This feature "automatically loads Medicare fee schedules into Lytec saving time and improving accuracy."

ChiroSoft® is a software program designed especially for today's chiropractic offices. It was first launched in 1982 and has had over 20 years experience in fine-tuning the software for the busy chiropractor. One of the most recognized and appreciated features of this program in the fee slip feature. According to their website, "A fee slip is printed on each patient before they see the doctor, this allows for easy communication between the front desk and the chiropractor. The front desk must post services into ChiroSoft® to cancel out that daily fee slip. This prevents billable services from being missed by the office staff." Many chiropractors find this feature very valuable and recommend it to others.

Chiropractic Complete Max Pro® is another widely used software program for chiropractic offices. The tagline for this company is: save time, improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase productivity, and maximize profits. This product seems to offer a variety of necessary tools to maximize the performance of the chiropractic office. It offers flexible appointment scheduling, automated payment plans, statistical reports, the ability to bundle procedure codes that are used daily for quick reference, Multiple case management without creating double patient accounts, mailing list creation, electronic patient records, front desk management, and marketing tools. This is a bundled program that seems to offer nearly any tool that a chiropractor needs.

Finding the appropriate software for your practice can be very time consuming. When you first begin your search, it is likely that you will be overwhelmed with choices. Remember to consult with your office staff to determine what their needs may be. That is a good starting point in deciding which programs to purchase. Getting the right software in the beginning can save a lot of trouble in the future. If you have to change programs, you will have some lag-time where you will not be able to access your records. Finding a good vendor who understands your needs and who will offer excellent customer support is also a very important step. It may take some time, but with all of the products available on the market today, with a little research and thought, you will find the product you need to make your business successful.

The benefits of owning your own business can be astronomical. Not only can you earn all the extra money you'll ever need, you can earn a full-time income that dwarfs what you're making now.

There's a good reason why you'll earn more owning your own business.  Employers ALWAYS pay employees LESS than they're worth. The difference between what an employee is worth and what they're paid is profit.  The bigger the difference between worth and pay, the more profit the employer makes.

But when you own your own business, you get paid the entire amount you're worth. If you're worth $1,000 per week, or $1,000 per day, or even $1,000 per hour -- that's what you earn. There is no boss standing over you saying, "I'm sorry, but even though you're earning me $1,000 per hour, I'm only going to pay you $1,000 per week."

Of course, owning your own business isn't always that easy. Start up costs can be very expensive.  You may have to bankroll your business for months or even years before it starts earning a profit.

On top of that, you also need a great product to sell, a good way to get all the new customers you'll need, and have advanced skill in selling. I don't care what you sell, you have to be able to REALLY SELL IT to customers if you're ever going to make money.

Now I fully realize the vast majority of people reading this article don't have a lot of extra money to start a business and hate to sell.  You may feel you'll never be able to run your own successful business.  You just don't have what it takes.

Nothing could be further from the truth.  In the past, you needed a lot of money to start a business.  But today's automated turnkey online business systems let you get your business up and running within a few minutes.  You can be earning profits -- and I mean BIG $2,500 per sale profits -- that same day.

They key is to insist on a home business that uses the Net's awesome automated lead building capabilities.  Search engines can be used to drive huge numbers of targeted leads to professionally designed web sites. These sites gather new customers and send them to a professional staff of sales people.

The system delivers professionally "sold" new customers ready to buy.

If you figure ANYONE can profit from this kind of business, you're absolutely correct.  Today's new turnkey systems don't require special training or a great deal of start up cash.  You don't need employees or even an office.  Run your business from your kitchen table. It's really that easy.

Developing strategies for obtaining One Way Inbound Links, choosing the right Link Partners and building link partnerships are an important ongoing exercise in the life of a webmaster. Though one way inbound links are considered by search engines to be superior to reciprocal links, good quality reciprocal links from relevant websites are very much appreciated by them as well.

Choosing the ideal link partners is not an easy task. There are several important factors that have to be considered very carefully before you choose your link partner. Linking to some sites will not bring any benefits to you at all. There are sites that you should avoid at all costs because linking to them can get your site penalised or even banned.

Link partnerships should be mutually beneficial and provide complementary unique and valuable content that makes the visitor's website experience enjoyable and memorable. So by following these simple steps you will soon be on the way to building successful link partners.

1. Avoid linking to websites whose theme has no relevance to your website even if these sites are of high Page Rank.

2. Avoid websites whose link pages are more than two clicks away from the home page.

3. Sites that do not have access to the links page from the home page should be avoided since it will not be easily accessible and you are not going to benefit from this partnership.

4. Websites that have links to the links directory hidden somewhere in the front page and cannot be easily located should also be avoided.

5. It is wise to avoid sites that have more than 30 links to a page even if they are categorised. If there are more links, it will be difficult to locate your link and you are not going to benefit from this link exchange.

6. Avoid linking to too many sites with low PR as this is not going to be of any advantage to you. If there is a request to be reciprocal link partners from some of these sites, be choosy and identify those you think will obtain high PR in the near future and accept the request.

7.Avoid Bad Neighborhoods. These are sites that have been penalized or banned by search engines. If you have outbound links, linking to sites with a bad reputation, you will be penalized by the search engines, especially by Google.

8. You must at all costs avoid Link Farms. These are sites that have an assorted collection of hundreds of links in a page without any categorisation and linked to each other. Search Engines dislike these sites. If you link with them your credibility could be at stake. You could be penalized or even banned by the search engines.

9.Avoid FFA sites. FFA sites are Free For All sites that allows you to place a free AD and leave a link to your website. There will be hundreds of such links in one page where you link will hardly get noticed. They will probably be there for a couple of hours only. Search Engines especially Google consider these sites as spam and will penalize you.

Building good Reciprocal Link Partnerships not only bring traffic and increase link popularity but there are other possibilities as well such as exchanging articles, e-books and starting Joint Ventures. Such link partners are often long standing and mutually beneficial.

Web-Marketing Concepts That Make A Difference

Web-Marketing Concepts That Make A Difference

Word Count:

Summary:
1. Think Audiences Not Markets

What's your market? Hire a consultant to help you with your Web-business problems and one of the first questions he or she will ask is, what's your market? How about eighteen to thirty-four year old, single male college graduates with a dog named Spot; or maybe forty-five to fifty-nine year old married women, who hate their husbands and can't get their adult children to move out of the house.

Maybe, just maybe, they're asking the wrong question.

The Web isn't about markets it's about audiences. Audiences need to be entertained, enlightened, and engaged, and if your website doesn't, you're never going to achieve what you want.

Time to rethink how you're delivering your marketing message. Start treating Web-visitors like an audience not a market, and you might just find what it takes to be successful on the Web.

2. Think People Not Customers

You know all those visitors you attract to your website with your brilliant search engine optimization schemes, how many actually purchase anything? Stop treating visitors as if they are already customers and start treating them like what they are - people. That's right, people. You know the two-legged funny creatures with wants, needs, desires, and maybe even a few bucks to spend.

Customers are always looking for a deal and they're leery of websites that only want to take their hard earned cash. Treat your Web-visitors like people who can satisfy their wants, needs, and desires with your assistance and guess what? Maybe it will make a difference: one small step for Web-credibility, one giant leap for Web-success.

3. Think Experiences Not Features

Bought any good features lately? Didn't think so. You would think the way business pushes the whole feature-frenzy thing that features are exactly what people are looking for, but nobody buys features, they don't even buy solutions - boy doesn't that whole solution provider nonsense really get to you after a while.

What people really buy are experiences, hopefully positives ones. Whether it's soft ice cream or a new accounting program, what people are paying for is the experience your product or service provides.

Does your website offer an experience? Does it explain the experience your product or service delivers? If it doesn't, then you really haven't got anything anybody wants.

4. Think Emotion Not Logic

Think you're a logical person, always making rational decisions based on practical criteria, and bottom line results. So tell me what was the functional thinking that went into the purchase of those leather pants you bought last year, or that sixty inch plasma television you bought just to watch the big game?

Let's get real. You make purchasing decisions based on what you want, and then justify them with seemingly sensible rationalizations, just like everybody else. So stop trying to appeal only to the practical, logical, aspects of bean-counter sales, and start pushing the feel good aspects of emotional marketing.

If you're trying to appeal to an audience that gets its only satisfaction out of acquiring the most features for the least cost, then your marketing to the wrong audience.

5. Think Memories Not Promotions

Most animals live in the moment, whereas human beings live in the past. Our here and now and our plans for the future are based on our experiences, our histories, and our memories.

We take pictures of our kids, holidays, and special events; we commemorate birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, and milestones of all kinds. Even the significance of our prized possessions is centered on the fact that those mere objects represent memories of the people, places, and events that shaped our lives.

Real marketing, the kind that creates long-term clients and customer relationships, is not about coupons, sale promotions, or deep discounts; it's about delivering memories.

6. Think Marketing Not S.E.O.

Okay, here's one you've heard from us before: think marketing not search engine optimization. Sure you've got to drive as many people to your website as possible, but if your marketing message is so confused, unfocused, and hard to comprehend because of all the keyword density and S.E.O. tricks, then what have you really accomplished other than wasting people's time? And people really get upset when you waste their time.

7. Think Stickiness Not Hits

It's not about how many hits you get on your website, it's about how long people stay. If visitors remain on your site long enough to get your marketing message then you must have said something worth listening to, and if visitors get the message, your site has done its job.

If your website delivers the message, then you can expect the email inquiries and phone calls to start flowing, but it's still up to you and your sales staff to close the sale: people close sales not websites.

8. Think Stories Not Pitches

Did you hear the one about the farmer's daughter and the search engine optimizer … Stories, everyone loves stories. In fact before the invention of the Gutenberg press, oral story telling was the way knowledge got passed down from one generation to the next, and how news was sent from one region to another.

Now that we have this multimedia Web-environment, we can continue the tradition of real people delivering creative audio and video presentations that capture the imagination and drive home the marketing message so your audience won't forget who you are. Nothing informs, engages, and entertains, like a good story: sounds to me like one heck of a way to sell to an audience desperate for meaningful communication.

9. Think Focus Not Confusion

There you go again, telling everyone who will listen all the wonderful things you and your company can do. Trouble is, telling them all those things just confuses them.

What is the product or service that is most important to your company, the one you are determined to sell to your audience? That's the one you want to talk about. That's the one you want to devote your marketing effort to promoting. That's the one you want people to think about when they hear your name or see your logo. Focus your communication or your message will just be a forgettable, incomprehensible blur.

10. Think Campaigns Not Ads

Isolated one-time advertisements are like one-night-stands: exciting for a while but ultimately unfulfilling and devoid of meaning. Your audience is looking to get married, not a short-term fling. Your marketing has to woo your visitors with long-term campaigns that tell your story and deliver your focused message; audiences expect to be courted and counseled with meaningful communication. And that takes time and commitment.

If you're spending money on just ads, you might as well be throwing that money down the drain. There is a better way. So if you're looking for a long-term relationship with your audience, think campaigns not ads.

11. Think Message Not Hype

What message are you delivering to your online visitors? Are you telling them you've got the best product, at the best price, with the best staff, and world-class customer service? Is that what you saying? Guess what? Nobody cares, because nobody believes you.

There is only one way to show people you're the best and that is to prove it, but here's the catch, you can't prove it until they become customers. Whoops. Okay, so what's the solution? How about a real marketing message that speaks to what your audience really wants. It's not about you it's about them.

12. Think Personality Not Banality

Does your website just lie there like a lox; you know that cold, dead fish that often comes with a bagel? No personality, just more of the same tedious, dull, dreary, mind-numbing, tiresome, lackluster, monotonous, stuff everybody else has. Boring! This is the new Web, so if you can't get with it, you'd better get out because you're wasting your time and everybody else's.

You're so worried about downloading times that you forgot to put anything on your site worth seeing or hearing. Check your logs. If people are jumping ship faster than rats on a burning ship, it's time to try something new; like, maybe some compelling content.

13. Think Branding Not Copyrights

Hay, I love the Beatles. I grew-up with them, and I have all their records - ya records, like vinyl dude, not CDs. And guess what, I've also got a Mac, in fact I've got a bunch of them, not to mention iPods and other assorted Apple gizmos and gadgets. And you know something, I've never once got John, Paul, George, or Ringo confused with Steve Jobs. Amazing!

Worry just a little less about all that small print stuff and more on building a memorable brand that people will remember, and that nobody will mistake for some johnny-come-lately imposter.

14. Think Positioning Not Slogan

It's funny how people have a position on almost everything: you name the issue and people will have a definite opinion on what they think, except when it comes to their businesses. Just because you have a cute slogan that you print under your logo, doesn't mean you own a position in your audience's minds.

It seems businesses can't stand to make a definitive statement about who they are and what they do. Why is that? Afraid they'll lose a customer I guess, but if people don't understand exactly what you do, and why they should be doing business with you, then they're never going to be customers anyway.

No company can be all things to all people and companies that try, never go anywhere. Tell people who you are and what you do and forget about all the other stuff, it just gets in the way.

15, Think Sensory Appeal Not Cents Appeal

Do you want people to sit-up and take notice of what you have to say? Do you want people to actually remember what you're telling them? While if that's the case, you better appeal to their senses, and we're talking about sights and sounds.

Deliver all your juicy, got-to-have content in an audio and video presentation that will stick in people's heads.

If all you're doing is appealing to their desire to spend less, then maybe they aren't the customers you're looking for anyway. Nobody can afford to sell for less all the time, every time.

16. Think Identity Not Logos

Is your company the equivalent of the invisible man? You're on the Web, but nobody cares because you're not saying anything worth listening to, and if they do see you, you are instantly forgettable.

You've got to have an identity, a personality, an image, and there is no better way to create that identity than with a video of a real person delivering your marketing message in an entertaining, memorable manner.

17. Think Entertainment Not Biz-speak

Speaking of entertaining, you cannot engage, enlighten, or entertain if everything you present sounds and looks like it came from some b-school text book, or from one of those self-help courses on direct marketing guaranteed to make you a millionaire in only three weeks.

Every business has a story to tell and they can all be presented in a compelling way with a little imagination and creativity. And yes, even b-to-b businesses can rise above the mundane and deadly boring, if only they take the time and make the effort.

18. Think Communication Not Copy

Last but not least, let's all remember, that websites are about communication. If you've got nothing to say, nothing to offer, or are afraid to say what you can do for your audience, then how do you expect to be successful.

Filling your Web pages with keyword density prose and instantly forgettable sale's copy is not going to win the day.

Whether you are presenting your case in text, audio, or video, it better be interesting and enlightening - even text can be entertaining if written with style and attitude.

When websites fail, they fail because they do not communicate a realistic, believable, convincing marketing message.

Selling digital photos (stock photos) can be a great way to make an additional income, and is as easy as listing your available digital photos on a stock agency's website. It needn't take too much of your time, and could make some money from some pictures you may have thought about just deleting. So to get you started here are 5 quick and easy tips to sell digital photos online.

1) Find a stock photo agency willing to display your digital photos for sale. Search Google (or your favourite search engine) for a term such as "selling your photo", "stock photo agency" or "sell digital photo". If you open links in a new window, you will be able to compare the agencies terms, fees, and requirements.

2) Select the agency you wish to use to sell digital photos with, and then sign up. You will probably need to confirm your email address, and may have to wait to confirm other details to protect the digital photo agency from potential copyright infringements, and to ensure your own privacy isn't being infringed upon by someone falsely using your details.

3) Review your available stock digital photo's to sell, (stock photos simply means those that you have sitting around your hard drive in stock) . Pick out some of the best in terms of subject, clarity and eye catching quality, as you don't want to put up poor samples which have no chance of selling.

4) Upload the best of your digital pictures to your chosen agencies site, this will vary from site to site, but most will be as easy as following the online instructions, and browsing to your digital photo folder, and to the photo you wish to sell online. Click the upload button and you will then have your digital photo in your online portfolio.

5) Be Patient, once you have some digital photos listed to sell, listed in appropriate categories, you need to sit back and wait for someone who is looking for a photo in your category.
